Rising Stars

When BCCI selects the Indian team for T20 series vs England most of the names were familiar with the international circuit but few were surprise selections like Surya Kumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Rahul Tewatia.These players are playing some good cricket for their respective states and franchisees and everyone knows that they will get selected for the national duty sooner or later. Recently we have seen the rise of stars like Natarajan who aces the every opportunity that he got in his way and made a story of his own kind. Similarly these players proved that anything can be achieved if you are very loyal to your goal and constantly working despite not getting fruits of their hard work.

But eventually they got the opportunity to showcase their talent in the International arena. If you look closely of the new stars of Team India from 6 to 7 years back they all come through the zzranks of IPL and they become the regular members of team. And this proves that IPL has become the graduating platform for the players which benefits them to understand the game closely from the currernt stars of the different nations. They learned all the skills which is not available in domestic circuits and thus IPL is benefitting the Indian Cricket both financially and technically.

  

                        

So why can't BCCI make such kind of advancements in the First Class Cricket where domestic players got the exposure of International Cricket. Like England has the County Cricket where players from the different nations go and play for their domestic teams and this benefits the players who just got selected for their states and they don't have any idea of anything other than cricket. Like how to get the proper diet and stay injury free and how to deal with the failures in life and how to overcome the depression of failures. Recently Virat Kohli discussed about his depression in a interview and focus on the importance of counselling in such situations.

                       

If BCCI make these changes in their framework they are surely going to benefit the Indian Cricket and many more stars are going to surface in future.
